Following the resounding success of the New Factory Inauguration Ceremony, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Eco-logical Plastic Joint Stock Company (EcoPlastic Vietnam) organized the Company Trip 2026 combined with a Team Building program for 2 days and 1 night at Ha Long Bay for all employees. The program is not only a well-deserved reward and a profound tribute to the dedicated team members, but also a wonderful opportunity for the EcoPlastic Vietnam family to recharge their energy and strengthen solidarity. Let's look back at the most brilliant moments of this meaningful journey!
1. Joyful Departure: A Sea of Blue and Busloads of Joy
Early in the morning, the new factory campus of EcoPlastic Vietnam was bustling and filled with laughter. Replacing their daily work uniforms, all employees appeared exceptionally youthful and synchronized in sky-blue polo shirts featuring the company logo, paired with vibrant red caps.
Before the wheels rolled, the entire company captured energetic check-in photos and videos right at the factory gate. During the journey to the coastal city of Ha Long, the buses were filled with constant cheers. In-bus mini-games, sing-alongs, and humorous stories quickly dissolved any distance between departments, creating an incredible atmosphere of connection right from the first moments of the Company Trip 2026 and Team Building program.
2. Fiery Team Building: "Breakthrough to Lead"
In the afternoon, the sun-drenched Ha Long beach became the perfect stage for EcoPlastic Vietnam to showcase its collective strength. Kicking off the program, under the giant "Amazing Race" inflatable arch, the EcoPlastic Vietnam family in their blue shirts and red caps captured an epic group photo.
Following the warm-up mini-games that helped "break the ice," the teams officially entered the fiery competition with 3 consecutive challenge stations requiring both physical strength and intellect:

"Breaking Boundaries" Challenge: Entering the first challenge, the teams faced a giant inflatable wheel. Each turn required the seamless coordination of 3 members: 2 individuals on the outside holding the ropes to maintain absolute balance, while 1 "central" member stepped inside the wheel to navigate it toward the finish line.

"Synergistic Acceleration" Challenge: The EcoPlastic Vietnam warriors continued to dive into an agility-demanding challenge. Each group of 3 members had to manage holding an inflatable pillar between their legs while lifting another over their heads. They had to shout in unison, stepping rhythmically toward the limit line, and then use their collective strength to push a stick accurately through the target ring.

"Conquering the Goal" Challenge: The final race ignited the heat. When the referee's whistle blew, the members held hands and ran continuously in a circle around the central basket pole. Suddenly, upon the next command, the formation had to scatter immediately, quickly grabbing plastic balls scattered on the sand and demonstrating their accuracy by throwing them into their team's basket.
That day, Ha Long beach seemed to burst with cheers, encouragement, and laughter echoing across the sky. What remained after the challenges was not just the winning or losing results, but the spirit of solidarity, seamless coordination, and the determination to conquer the goals of each EcoPlastic Vietnam member.
3. Sublime Gala Dinner: Bursting with Emotions & Gratitude
As night fell, the EcoPlastic Vietnam extended family stepped into the glamorous space of the "Gratitude" Gala Dinner. Before the official program began, the lobby area was incredibly lively with check-in activities and networking photos. The departments captured memorable moments together in the luxurious and cozy Gala Dinner space.
Opening the official program, the entire hall gave the warmest round of applause to welcome Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan - General Director of the company to the stage. In his emotional opening speech, the General Director expressed his pride and deep gratitude to all employees for their relentless efforts over the past time.
Continuing that proud moment, the MC respectfully invited the company's Top Management to the stage of honor to perform the opening ceremony, including: Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Binh, General Director Nguyen Dinh Tuan, and three Deputy General Directors: Mr. Nguyen Thanh An, Mr. Dao Quoc Hung, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy.
The opening ceremony was conducted in a solemn atmosphere, marking a new development phase with many expectations and goals ahead. Hundreds of people raised their wine glasses and proudly chanted the slogan: "Solid solidarity - Shaping the future - EcoPlastic Vietnam".
Right after the ceremony, the heat of the program peaked with the appearance of the Bamboo Dance Troupe. With their skillful dances and vibrant colors, the troupe delivered an eye-catching opening performance, officially inviting the entire extended family to the networking banquet in a festive and unified atmosphere.

As everyone was raising their glasses, the stage continued to light up with the announcement of the Team Building results. Emotions overflowed as the MC called the names of the most outstanding teams to step onto the podium of glory to receive 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, and 2 Consolation Prizes. This was followed by the thrilling and brain-teasing "MasterChef" and "Super Brain" mini-games right on stage.
The most anticipated part of the night by the entire hall was the Lucky Draw program. The atmosphere started to heat up as the Organizing Committee drew the first tickets to find the owners of the Consolation, Third, and Second Prizes. The bright smiles on the members' faces as they stepped onto the podium added more heat to the program.
The hall seemed to hold its breath as the MC announced the draw for the First Prize. The moment the ticket was opened, the thunderous applause mingled with the joyful congratulatory music created an extremely vibrant scene.
And the peak moment of the Gala was finding the owner of the Special Prize. To make this moment more solemn, the MC respectfully invited Mr. Nguyen Van Binh - Chairman of the Board of Directors to the stage to personally draw the deciding ticket. The whole hall erupted in applause and cheers when the owner of the special prize was announced. The radiant smiles on the stage left a lingering echo of a truly fulfilling Gala Dinner.
4. Sightseeing the Wonder: Moments of Peace & Preserving Memories
After an explosive Gala night filled with every level of emotion, the morning of the second day welcomed the EcoPlastic Vietnam family with sweet morning sunlight and a cool sea breeze. Putting aside the fast-paced rhythm of the production lines, the whole group boarded a cruise ship, starting a sightseeing journey to admire the majestic beauty of Ha Long Bay – a World Natural Heritage site.
Standing on the windy deck, gazing out at the calm jade-green water and the rolling limestone mountains bearing the proud posture of nature, each member seemed to find a strangely peaceful moment for themselves. In that spacious environment, everyone strolled together to visit the mysterious Sung Sot Cave, admire the iconic Trong Mai Islet, or conquer the Ti Top Peak together to capture a panoramic view of the vast bay.
This was also an opportunity for members to have more time to interact, share, and understand each other better outside the daily work environment. The vastness of Ha Long's sea and sky seemed to resonate perfectly with the aspiration to reach further and the broad vision of the EcoPlastic Vietnam collective.
Concluding the Company Trip 2026 at Ha Long Bay, each EcoPlastic Vietnam member brought back not only beautiful photos or memorable moments, but also positive energy, a spirit of cohesion, and strong faith in the development journey ahead.
The trip was a sincere tribute from the Board of Directors to all employees for their relentless efforts, while also providing motivation for the EcoPlastic Vietnam collective to continue to unite – innovate – breakthrough, conquering new goals together in the future.
