On May 28, 2026, in a joyful and energetic atmosphere, the Grand Opening Ceremony of the EcoPlastic Vietnam Joint Stock Company factory took place successfully, marking a historic and pivotal milestone. This event is not only the fruitful outcome of 11 years of relentless effort but also a strong declaration of a "New Beginning – Global Reach". From its very first steps, EcoPlastic Vietnam is now proud to own a modern factory system, ready to deliver optimal, green, and sustainable packaging solutions. RADIANT RED WELCOME & SOLEMN MORNING NETWORKING ATMOSPHERE

Right from 08:00 AM, the event area was illuminated by the vibrant red of the carpets and fresh flowers. The professional reception team of EcoPlastic Vietnam was present early, warmly welcoming and personally pinning the most formal VIP flowers on the lapels of distinguished guests and strategic partners.

In the space filled with morning sunlight, gentle and melodious Lounge music played, creating an extremely relaxing yet classy atmosphere. At the waiting lobby, the MC sent a warm welcome, inviting the delegates to enjoy a delicate Tea break. This was the "golden moment" for leaders, experts, and partners to raise a cup of tea, exchange firm handshakes, and open up promising cooperative opportunities just before the official event.

 

FESTIVE DRUMBEATS, CULTURAL MARKS & DEEP GRATITUDE

At exactly 09:00 AM, the spacious hall gradually quieted down, focusing all eyes on the central aisle. Immediately after, the silence was completely broken by the resounding, heroic festival drums and the clash of cymbals echoing throughout the space. From the red carpet, the lion dance troupe and the God of Wealth, with a radiant smile and carrying a gold ingot, stepped in amidst the excitement and crisp applause of all guests.

Stepping onto the main stage, the pair of lions in vibrant red and yellow – symbolizing luck, fortune, and authority – delivered a truly spectacular performance. Their majestic, rhythmic, and energetic movements not only stirred up the festive and bustling atmosphere of the event but also brought the most meaningful blessings. It was a wish for prosperity, flourishing success, smooth sailing, and breakthrough steps for EcoPlastic Vietnam's upcoming journey to reach the global market.

Right after the vigorous lion dance, the hall continued to go from surprise to emotion with a traditional dance performance by the factory's own female workers. Donning graceful ethnic costumes with striking red tops and flowing black skirts, the "amateur artists" delivered fluid dances, clearly portraying the beauty of labor and the cultural identity deeply rooted in EcoPlastic Vietnam.

After the eye-catching art performances, the MC officially announced the purpose of the ceremony and respectfully introduced the presence of distinguished guests. The ceremony was honored to welcome:

The atmosphere continued to immerse in pride when the video "11-Year Journey of Development" was screened. From the early days with a small-scale production workshop, the company has now officially mastered a large-scale factory with a modern technology production line.

As soon as the video concluded, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan – General Director stepped up to the podium of honor to deliver the opening speech. With touching and sincere words, he expressed his deep gratitude to the entire team, partners, and authorities. Continuing that flow of emotion, Mr. Denis – CEO of Ecopak International, representing international guests, also took the stage to send his congratulations, affirming the trust and prospects for enduring cooperation in the future.

 

SACRED RITUAL: THE RIBBON-CUTTING CEREMONY

The most anticipated moment of the official ceremony struck at 09:45 AM. Against the backdrop of majestic Fanfare music, 5 delegates representing the Board of Directors and strategic partners, including Chairman Nguyen Van Binh, General Director Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Mr. Trinh Van Trong, and Mr. Denis, were respectfully invited to the podium.

"3... 2... 1!" – The countdown echoed throughout the hall, synchronized with the eager heartbeats of hundreds of people.

Slash! The moment the red ribbons were cut, pyrotechnics brightly lit up a corner of the stage, blending with continuous, resounding applause. Triumphant music played joyfully. Immediately after the ritual, the Board of Directors followed the lion dance troupe into the "Lion entering the house" segment, bringing fortune indoors and officially opening a brilliant new era of operation for the factory.

 

FACTORY TOUR: DISCOVERING THE HEART OF JAPANESE-STANDARD TECHNOLOGY

After the ceremonial part, the distinguished guests were divided into two groups (Group 1 for International Guests with an English guide and Group 2 for Vietnamese Guests) to officially embark on the practical Factory Tour. Here, everyone was truly impressed by the grand scale and stature of a comprehensive manufacturing ecosystem.

Stepping into the main workshop, the space opened up with numerous state-of-the-art machines arranged highly scientifically on a sturdy load-bearing floor system. Guests witnessed firsthand the rhythmic operation of the high-tech, smoothly running film blowing equipment system. Everything creates a closed automated production line passing through core sub-zones such as Pellet Mixing, Film Blowing, and Cutting & Packaging, yielding product lines that meet the most stringent standards: from safe food bags and trendy shopping bags to specialized trash bag lines.

The highlight that international experts and partners highly appreciated lay not only in the mechanical machinery but also in the strong transformation in digital management. Along the production floor, digitization platforms are applied to track shift progress, update real-time attendance data, and measure actual performance. This proves a smart factory, controlling absolute quality down to the smallest detail.

Not stopping at the modern industrial pace, the factory also scores absolute points with its water vapor cooling system that keeps the workshop temperature fluctuating only around 27-30 degrees Celsius, creating a green and sustainable working environment. The landscape space is delicately designed with a 15-cubic-meter outdoor Koi pond bringing a perfect balance, reflecting the deep care of the Board of Directors for the spiritual life and working space of the employees.

The tour was truly the clearest affirmation of the company's capabilities: A place where technological quintessence, human dedication, and modern management systems converge to create products that harmonize three elements: "International Quality – Competitive Cost – High Applicability".

 

EMOTIONAL APPRECIATION LUNCHEON – STEPPING FIRMLY INTO THE FUTURE

Concluding the impressive tour, EcoPlastic Vietnam's hospitality and respect for partners continued to be demonstrated through the meticulously prepared networking session. All guests were warmly welcomed by the organizing committee and guided back to the main lobby area to enjoy a light Tea break, before moving together to the 3rd-floor Hall to attend the intimate Gala Luncheon at 10:40 AM.

In the meticulously and elegantly set up luncheon space bathed in warm lighting, the genuine warmth of the EcoPlastic Vietnam collective was even more clearly affirmed. Not just stopping at speeches on stage, the company's Board of Directors personally went to each banquet table, pouring rich wine and sending their deepest regards and gratitude to the delegates, valued partners, and customers who took the time to celebrate with the enterprise.

Amidst an intimate, open, and friendly atmosphere, everyone raised their wine glasses together to toast a brilliant new development journey. The clinking of glasses, tight embraces, and enthusiastic stories of cooperation further strengthened the bonds of friendship, wrapping up a Grand Opening Ceremony that was not only grand in scale but also left behind countless warm emotions thanks to the wonderful hospitality and humanity of the host team!
