• EN 13432 (Europe): Standard for recovery through composting and biodegradation.
• ASTM D6400 (USA): Standard specification for compostable plastics in commercial facilities.
• EU PPWD Directive: Requires packaging placed on the EU market to be economically recyclable by 2030.

Europe has passed the European Green Deal, imposing heavy environmental taxes on hard-to-recycle packaging. Meanwhile, the younger generation of consumers (Gen Z) is ready to boycott polluting brands. Partnering with Eco Plastic to acquire green packaging lines is the most crucial "passport" for businesses to penetrate the global supply chain.

To produce green packaging, technology plays a decisive role. At Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Eco Plastic has built a superior manufacturing ecosystem:

• Solid infrastructure: The 2nd-floor slab bears a load of 1 ton/m2, operating 43 film blowing machines and over 40 cutting machines continuously while still ensuring absolute mechanical precision.
• Closed-loop circular system: All recovered scrap plastic is internally recycled properly.
• AppSheet digital management: Helps closely monitor performance, eliminating energy waste on each shift.

Supplemented with advanced bio-additives (such as EPI, d2w). Under environmental influences, the bag will fragment and be completely degraded by microorganisms into biomass, H2O, and CO2 within 24 to 36 months, while still maintaining absolute toughness during use.

Combining the convenient drawstring feature (locking odors, preventing bacteria) with easily degradable materials. This product is highly sought after by international supermarket chains and hotels.
