1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and monitor all bank accounts of the Company.
• Control & execute payment transactions with banks, including preparing disbursement documents, L/C payments, opening L/C; prepare payment orders for suppliers.
• Track bank loan repayments according to bank regulations and the specific purpose of each loan.
• Receive and check bank documents (Credit notes, Debit notes, Bank statements, Loan agreements...), arrange, store them by document type, and account related transactions on the software.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports / Monthly and annual reports as prescribed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Education: College degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent position (priority given to candidates with experience in bank accounting / international payments). Fresh graduates with high potential are also welcome.
• Experience related to Credit files and international payments.
• Proficient in office informatics and Misa accounting software.
