Recruitment: Blown Film Machine Operator

Viet Nam Eco Plastic Technology Joint Stock Company (EcoPlastic) is looking for an experienced Blown Film Machine Operator to join our team at the factory in Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Hung Yen, and our site in Gia Lam, Hanoi. The role is a good fit for someone who has run blown film lines before and wants a stable two-year contract with full statutory insurance and travel support.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Inspect the blown film machine, auxiliary equipment and plastic resin before start-up.
• Load plastic resin into the feed hopper according to production requirements.
• Set and adjust process settings such as temperature, screw speed, haul-off speed and film thickness.
• Operate the blown film machine to produce plastic film in line with process and technical requirements.
• Monitor heating, extrusion, film blowing, cooling and winding of finished rolls.
• Check film thickness, width, uniformity and surface quality throughout production.
• Identify and fix routine operating faults and report technical problems to the supervisor.
• Change rolls, then collect and arrange finished products according to company procedures.
• Clean and service machines and equipment on a regular schedule to keep them running reliably.
• Follow production procedures, occupational safety rules and fire prevention regulations.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• In good health, with no criminal record.

• Hanoi site: Trung Duong Village, Gia Lam Commune, Hanoi, Vietnam.
